Marketing Director, Steve Neeb says, "We believe that Lucknow's Music in the Fields is largely unique from many other festivals. Showcasing world-class country music artists with a cross-section of established and rising acts, we bring the stars to small-town Ontario. Not many villages can speak to the talent that has performed at Lucknow's Music in the Fields, but it has developed into so much more than a music festival. With around 75% of the patrons camping, the festival has become a weekend destination. In this very competitive market, we continue to make changes to keep the event fresh and look for new ways to engage our crowds. Despite all of the changes, it remains the same intimate, family-friendly festival, with 100% of the proceeds going to charity. With distributions now over $1,000,000, it remains a critical component of our communities and we are very proud of this event".
