Gallery Night at the Movies, as a TIFF Official Film Circuit Centre, in conjunction with the Toronto International Film Festival is excited to partner with REEL CANADA's National Canadian Film Day 150 on April 19th to present over 150 free screenings across Canada at Film Circuit locations.

Canada on Screen is an unprecedented project to identify, restore, and screen a list of the 150 essential moving-image works from Canada's history based on a national poll of industry professionals. Taking place throughout 2017, the programme will consist of installations, special events, special guests, and an extensive online catalogue.

For this national initiative, Gallery Night at the Movies will present 3 free screenings of THE SWEET HEREAFTER on National Canadian Film Day, April 19. The event is free, but tickets must be picked up at The TOM, available April 5.
