Please note:

• There is a 2 week turnaround time, apply before your cycle starts.
• After you receive your 3 month supply kit you have to wait at least 60 days before you are eligible to apply again.
• If more than one person from the same household apply, a single larger kit will be sent with 2x the support.
• Anyone in southern Ontario is eligible to apply, but please contact us if you are outside this area and need support.
