The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre is expanding their ‘Museum Explorer Pass’. The ‘Museum Explorer Pass’ was launched in 2017 in partnership with the Bruce County Library and offers a Museum Membership pass to check out, just like a book. This pass provides the library patron with free access to the Museum for a one-week period, excluding admission to special events and programs. This program has been a great success and is now expanding to include Saugeen First Nation Public Library & Resource Centre.
Beginning in January 2019 Saugeen First Nation Public Library & Resource Centre members will be able to sign out the Museum Explorer Pass providing greater access to the Museum to residents throughout the County.
“We are pleased to be able to extend this program to the Saugeen First Nation Library program.” Cathy McGirr, Director, Museum & Cultural Services.
The BCM&CC is open daily Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to take a journey through the history of Bruce County. For more information on exhibits, programming and offers visit online at www.brucemuseum.ca.
