On July 7, 2020 at 7:32 p.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on Grey Road 13 near 3rd Line B, Grey Highlands. The collision involved a (blue) mini-van.

OPP officers were assisted at the scene by Grey County Paramedics and Grey Highlands Fire Department. OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators attended to assist with the investigation.

The 31 year old driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The deceased has been identified as Stephen Lappin of Grey Highlands.

Grey Bruce OPP continue to investigate the circumstance surrounding the collision.
