CoffeeHouse
by Kelly Babcock
The annual GBHS Mental Health Coffee House has been around for some time now and has grown stronger every year. How strong has it become? Strong enough that the pandemic isn't able to stop it. This year the annual celebration of mental health will be available online and on your television. Tune in Friday May 7, from 1:30 pm- 3:00 p.m. Access Channel 53 on Rogers Cable TV or via the website: https://rogerstv.com/home.

From humble yet thoughtful beginnings in the cafeteria of the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre the coffee house for mental health has successfully grown to the point where it has been held in a tent outside the Centre the last few times. And now, it has graduated to the virtual world of internet and television allowing even more people to access it.

In these trying times of COVID-19 we all could use some support and socializing, and the added benefit of entertainment will never go amiss. And today is a chance for us all to find just that. You can tune in for free or find the coffee house online.
