Members of the Owen Sound library can download the free hoopla digital mobile app on their Android or iOS device or visit to begin enjoying thousands of titles – from major Hollywood studios, record companies and publishers – available to borrow 24/7, for instant streaming or temporary downloading to their smartphones, tablets and computers.  Join in October for a chance to win fabulous prizes!

Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library is the forty-ninth library system in Canada to partner with hoopla digital. Current partners include Toronto Public Library, Hamilton Public Library, London Public Library and many others.
