The two elevators have arrived for the Sydenham condominium building on 9th Street East, and will soon be installed.
While the developer and residents have been waiting patiently for the elevators, work has not stopped. Maple Stucco has completed their work including the columns on the north terraces and the cut stone effect of the foundations along 1st and 9th.
Most of the terrace doors have been installed as well as the windows on the 1st and 2nd floors with more now going in on the 3rd and 4th floors.
Kuehl Electrical has completed almost 4 floors of wiring inside each suite. KPH has continued to install the plumbing and the tubs and showers are almost all in place.
The Sydenham is a luxury condominium of 32 residences in downtown Owen Sound on the banks of the Sydenham river.
