opp-cuffs-fullMembers of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police were called to a Kingsway Street address in Kincardine at approximately 2:25 p.m. on September 18, 2018 in response to a disturbance.

OPP officers attended the residence and found that an altercation had taken place between a landlord and a tenant. Following their investigation police arrested the male landlord.

Police have charged 64-year-old Ronald Stephens with the following offences under the Criminal Code of Canada:

Assault contrary to Section 266
Resist Peace Officer contrary to Section 129(a)

He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charges.
